Why use a premixed blend?

Essentials oils are potent and you only need a few drops in your diffuser. A premixed essential oil blend takes the hassle out of trying to get the right amounts right. A premixed blend does it for you and makes sure you don’t overdo it with particular essential oils, yet still get the full, incredible therapeutic benefits.

This little magical bottles are the perfect stocking filler. Treat yourself or a loved one to a moment of relaxation. You can use our salts in your bath or else, as a lovely addition to a foot soak. After all, soaking in warm water can help relax muscles and loosen stiff joints!

Ingredients: Epsom Salts, Pink Himalayan Salt, Cedarwood Essential Oil, Peppermint Essential Oil, Vetiver Essential Oil, Vitamin E, Dried Calendula, Dried Lavender.

How Fill the tub with hot water, sprinkle around half shot (approx. 50 grams) and blend into warm bath water. Relax and breathe deep.

Top Tip Don't run the bath water too hot. Though the heat can be soothing, temperatures that are too high will make your pores close, preventing absorption of any minerals. In addition, hot baths will make you sweat, just like a sauna, and you may feel tired or sluggish from dehydration. Ideal bath temperature is tepid to warm.
