Forest Oil Diffuser Blend

The forest essential oil blend features a calming combination of Irish Douglas fir from Co Cork, the rich woodsy wild black spruce and renewing petitgrain, distilled from the wood and leaves of the bitter orange tree.

• Irish Douglas fir has a citrusy and pine-fresh aroma with uplifting qualities, transporting you to a dewy forest where you can mentally unwind and enjoy the natural tranquillity.
• Wild black spruce has an invigorating effect, clearing your airways and clearing any mental fog to promote mental clarity and more balanced moods.
• Petitgrain balances citrusy, floral and woody notes for a calming and renewing effect, blending well with other citrusy and woody scents for a grounding aroma and atmosphere.

HOW TO USE

• Diffuse: add 10-15 drops of essential oil – on its own or as part of a blend with other oils – to 100ml water in a Kotanical stone oil diffuser.
• Bath: add 10-15 drops of essential oil to your bathtub for an immersive springtime aromatherapy bath.
• Inhale: add 4-12 drops of essential oil to steaming water – in a bowl or as part of a facial steamer – and inhale deeply for up to 10 minutes.
