CARE INSTRUCTIONS
There is no need to remove the band from your cup or plug from your lid for everyday cleaning. Please take care that you are:
Being gentle with your KeepCup, we don't suggest using abrasive materials when cleaning.
Allow to dry completely before re-assembly.
The lid pops directly on and off, use the tab on the lid to lift off and click back on.
If staining occurs, applying a paste of baking soda and water then rinsing thoroughly can help reduce discolouration.

they're easy to use, just follow these 3 simple steps....
1. blend it: buy fresh ingredients and make delicious and nutritious smoothies / yogurts etc.
2. fill it: pour directly into your Nutri Fill-It pouches, seal the bottom with the 'anti-leak' double zip lock and store in the fridge or freezer. and an added bonus: your pouch acts as an ice pack keeping other lunch / snack items cool!
3. re-use it: after you have enjoyed your nutritious treat, simply rinse out your pouch or place it in the dishwasher (top shelf open over 2 prongs) ready for the next use. due to its curved shape, it is also easy to clean by hand under running water with a bottle brush.
