This pouch is ideal for adding natural texture to your soap in order to exfoliate the skin, leaving it soft and bright.

Sisal is a natural fibre that comes from the agave sisalana plant and it is stronger and more durable than other natural fibers.

How
Pop a bar of soap, or even leftover bits of soap, into the bag. Use the string to tie the soap in, if required. The combination of soap bar and soap pouch creates a pleasant foam while the textured surface will exfoliate your skin.
Simply hang it to dry on a tap after use.

THE RITUAL

Invite sleep in by spraying on your pillow and at the top of your duvet, natural movement during the night helps release the essential oils into our bodies to further deepen the sleep. When used nightly as a routine the body naturally starts to welcome rest in. Combine with conscious breathing to help still your mind. Close your eyes, place both hands on your heart. Close your mouth and inhale quietly through your nose to a mental count of 4. Hold your breath for a count of 7. Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whoosh sound to a count of 8. This is one breath, repeat by 5.

How To Properly Use The FOCUS Diffuser Blend

The FOCUS diffuser is a combination of powerful potent oils. We recommend that you only use 3-5 drops when adding to your diffuser.

• Turn your diffuser completely off.
• Open up the plastic lid and cover.
• Use 100ml of water to add to the tank.
• drop 3-5 small droplets of the FOCUS blend.
• Put both the plastic lid and cover back on.
• You can now turn your diffuser on again.

Choose the desired setting on your diffuser.

The flowers for KOTANICALS Ylang Ylang Essential Oil are picked and distilled immediately to ensure the highest quality essential oil. A very sensual oil that is perfect for an aphrodisiac massage blend, Sweetly floral with soft undertones and a warming effect, “the flower of all flowers” soothes and balances the skin and the mind while inspiring feelings of joy and hopefulness.

 

USES

Add 5 drops to 2 tsp of carrier oil for local application.

Add 4-12 drops to a bowl of steaming water/facial steamer and inhale deeply for 5-10 minutes.

For diffusing, add 10-15 drops to Stone diffuser.

For massage, add 2 drops to 4 tsp carrier oil.

For skincare, add 1 drop to 2 tsp carrier oil.

Start with the lowest number of drops; increase as desired.
