Our favourite way to use our Shield Roller Blend is to roll a drop on our mask before we head out and about so we can breathe in natural aromas on the go.
RITUAL
Roll onto pulse points (neck, chest, inner elbows, wrists, back of knees, ankles) three to four times or roll onto the palms of your hands, cup your hands close to your face and inhale the aroma. (Great on the feet too!)
