This chocolate is supplied in a tempered chocolate drop form that makes it easy to melt and re-temper.
Ingredients:
Milk Chocolate UTZ - Sugar, cocoa (cocoa butter, cocoa mass), rice flour (rice syrup, rice starch, rice flour), chicory root, coconut oil, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), natural flavouring.
Minimum cocoa content 23%.
Made on a line that handles HAZELNUTS. Dairy-free, gluten-free and soya-free. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans
