A Orange, Mint and Eucalyptus bath soak to ease muscles after exercise.
After a workout indulge in a room full of orange, mint and eucalyptus.
Run a warm bath and add about a handful of salts to the warm water. Let the essential oils fill the room. Then slowly and mindfully enter the bath. SOAK.
Breath in the scents, massage the oils into your skin and relax.
The blend has almond oil to moisturise,
Seaweed to tone and detoxify,
Sea salt, which is rich in minerals to soothe,
Eucalyptus oil, peppermint oil orange oil
As there are oils in the mixture please be careful as the bath could be slippery. Calming music or mindful meditation is recommended with SOAK.
1 jar will provide you with enough salts to enjoy 3 to 4 baths.
Use less for a foot soak x
