Forest Oil Blend

Step into the deep forest in your mind and smell the rich scents of wood and earthiness as your home or office becomes both relaxing and invigorating. The forest essential oil blend features a calming combination of Irish Douglas fir from Co Cork, the rich woodsy wild black spruce and renewing petitgrain, distilled from the wood and leaves of the bitter orange tree.

Irish Douglas Fir -  a citrusy and pine-fresh aroma with uplifting qualities, transporting you to a dewy forest where you can mentally unwind and enjoy the natural tranquility.

Wild Black Spruce - an invigorating effect, clearing your airways and clearing any mental fog to promote mental clarity and more balanced moods.

Petitgrain - balances citrusy, floral and woody notes for a calming and renewing effect, blending well with other citrusy and woody scents for a grounding aroma and atmosphere.

Spring Oil Blend 

Fill your home or office with the radiant aroma of springtime, bringing the outside in for an uplifting atmosphere with a naturally soothing effect. The spring essential oil blends three brightening and uplifting citrusy scents of grapefruit, bergamot and lime for a fruity but floral mood-lifting aroma.

Grapefruit - Brightens a room with fresh citrus scents and is reported to lower blood pressure, lift moods, and relieve stress.

Bergamot - With similar brightening properties to grapefruit, but with floral notes, bergamot is also calming, lowering heart rate and blood pressure, and reducing stress and anxiety.

Lime - The super citrusy lime has sweeter notes and also supports stress relief and mood elevation. In addition, lime essential oil can promote mental clarity and energy.

Focus Oil Blend 

Our Focus diffuser blend is a great way to enjoy some beautiful fragrances all whilst the oils beneficial properties released into the air help to boost your cognitive ability and help regain your focus so you can get on top of your day ahead. Carefully tailored with aligning your focus and productivity, the Focus blend contains three beautiful essential oils with highly beneficial properties:

Peppermint -  great for diffusing, it can help open up your airways ensuring you get more oxygen thus improving cognitive function. It is also great for eliminating feelings of stress and helps soothe irritability.

Cornmint - superb for helping to boost your mood and help balance your thoughts and can be great for headaches.

Patchouli - Not only does it smell great, but patchouli is brilliant for inducing feelings of relaxation and the aroma is great at helping to destress.

HOW TO USE

• Diffuse: add 10-15 drops of essential oil – on its own or as part of a blend with other oils – to 100ml water in a Kotanical stone oil diffuser.
• Bath: add 10-15 drops of essential oil to your bathtub for an immersive springtime aromatherapy bath.
• Inhale: add 4-12 drops of essential oil to steaming water – in a bowl or as part of a facial steamer – and inhale deeply for up to 10 minutes.

All Kotanical essential oils contain 100% organic essential oil – free from sulfates, parabens, phthalates, synthetic fragrance, formaldehydes, and mineral oil, with a shelf life of 1-2 years.
